WellWhip Club Rewards is a free loyalty program that lets you earn points on every purchase of N2O tanks, cream chargers, and helium tanks. Points convert to store credit (100 points = $5 off) and can be redeemed directly at checkout with no minimum order. The more you spend annually, the higher your membership tier — and the faster you accumulate points with multipliers of up to 5×.
Is there a cost to join?
No — joining WellWhip Club Rewards is completely free. There are no subscription fees, no hidden charges, and no minimum purchase required to sign up. As soon as your account is created, you receive 100 bonus points instantly, worth $5 off your next order.
How do I earn points on purchases?
Points are added to your account automatically after each confirmed order — no action needed. Basic members earn 1 point per $1 spent. Your earn rate grows with your tier: Silver earns 1.5 pts/$1, Gold earns 2 pts/$1, Platinum earns 3 pts/$1, and Diamond earns 5 pts/$1. You can also earn 50 points by leaving a verified product review, and 200 points when a friend you refer makes their first purchase.
Do my points expire?
Yes — points expire 90 days after the date they are issued. We recommend redeeming your points regularly so you don't lose them. You will receive an email reminder before your points are set to expire, giving you time to use them before the deadline.
How do membership tiers work?
Your tier is determined by your total spend over a rolling 12-month period. The thresholds are: Basic (free to join), Silver ($500/year), Gold ($2,000/year), Platinum ($10,000/year), and Diamond ($50,000/year). Tier upgrades happen automatically the moment you cross a threshold — you'll receive an email notification when you level up. Tiers are reviewed annually, and your tier may decrease if your spend falls below the required threshold over the previous 12 months.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
No — points and promotional discount codes cannot be used in the same transaction. At checkout, you can choose whichever option gives you the better saving for that order. Please also note that Mystery Boxes are excluded from points redemption, as they are already priced significantly below standard retail value.
What are the Diamond tier benefits?
Diamond is our highest membership tier, available to customers who spend $50,000 or more per year. Diamond members earn 5 points for every $1 spent — the highest multiplier in the program. This means a $1,000 order earns 5,000 points, equivalent to $250 in store credit. Diamond members also receive dedicated VIP account support.
