Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All WellWhip orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday,excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped,you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship across the United States using trusted shipping carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping:2–7 business days
- Express Shipping:1–3 business days (if available at checkout)
- Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your shipping location
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Holiday seasons
- High order volume periods
Free shipping promotions may be available for qualifying orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped,you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment anytime through our tracking page or directly through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours after placing your order,please contact our support team.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned due to:

- Incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost,Missing,or Delayed Packages
Although most orders arrive successfully and on time,delays may occasionally occur due to shipping carriers or external circumstances.
If your package is:
- Lost in transit
- Marked delivered but not received
- Missing items
- Delayed significantly

We may initiate a carrier investigation and work with you to find the best possible solution.
Return Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at WellWhip.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order,eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused
- Products must remain unopened
- Original packaging must be intact
- Items must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons,the following items are generally non-returnable:
- Opened cream chargers
- Used cylinders
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Damaged products caused by misuse
Consumable or pressurized gas products that have been opened cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and product
- Description of the issue
Our support team will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Process
To start a return request:
- Contact our customer support team
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization instructions
- Ship the approved return item back to the provided address
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected,we will notify you regarding refund approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
- Inspection &approval:2–5 business days
- Bank processing time:5–10 business days
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
